We cover movement, nourishment, recovery, and mindset. I look at your daily routines to figure out where you are losing energy and how we can get it back.

If you are constantly waking up tired, I step in as your sleep improvement coach. We will look at your evening habits to establish a routine that finally tells your nervous system it is safe to recharge. If you are feeling physically weak, we implement accessible strength training for everyday life that meets you exactly where you are. And if your relationships or stress levels are draining you, we work on mental resilience and setting firm boundaries.
